What is Ugly Duck PureWarm?
PureWarm is a portable milk, formula and water warmer designed for feeding on the go. It lets you warm liquid directly inside the device without needing access to a microwave, stove or kettle.
What can I warm in PureWarm?
PureWarm can be used to warm:
- Breast milk
- Prepared formula
- Water for formula preparation
- Coffee, tea or any drink that needs warming on the go

How much does PureWarm hold?
PureWarm has a 17 oz / 500 mL capacity, giving you plenty of room for everyday feeds and water warming while you’re out and about.
What temperature can I set it to?
The temperature is adjustable from 98°F to 158°F / 37°C to 70°C, so you can choose the temperature that suits what you are warming.
Using PureWarm
How do I use PureWarm?
It is designed to be simple:
- Add your milk, formula or water.
- Long-press the power button to turn PureWarm on.
- Use the + / – controls to select your desired temperature.
- Allow the liquid to warm.
- Pour into your baby bottle and serve.
The temperature controls lock automatically after approximately three seconds to help prevent accidental changes.
How long does it take to warm?
Heating time depends on the amount of liquid and its starting temperature.
In testing, approximately 2 oz of room-temperature liquid warmed to common feeding temperatures in around 2 minutes (4 oz in approximately 4 min). Refrigerated milk will naturally take longer; in testing, refrigerated milk reached approximately 98°F in around 3 minutes (4 oz in approximately 4 min, a little longer for refrigerated milk).
Do I need access to electricity while using it?
No. Once PureWarm is charged, it is designed to work on the go without being plugged into a wall outlet.
That means no hunting for a microwave, kettle, stove or café when baby decides it is feeding time.

PureWarm is designed for all-day convenience and can provide up to 21 uses on a single charge*.
*Based on warming 2 oz of liquid. Actual battery performance will vary depending on the amount of liquid, starting temperature, selected temperature and usage conditions.
How long does PureWarm take to charge?
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
How do I charge it?
PureWarm uses USB-C charging and can be charged from compatible power sources including:

- A power bank

Is PureWarm cordless?
Yes. PureWarm has a built-in 6400 mAh rechargeable lithium battery, so once charged, you can use it without being connected to power.
That is what makes it particularly useful for parks, road trips, day outings, travel and anywhere else you may not have convenient access to a kitchen.
Is PureWarm leakproof?
PureWarm is designed with premium silicone seals to help prevent leaks during everyday use.
As with any liquid container, make sure all components are fitted correctly and securely before carrying it in a bag.
Cleaning and care
How do I clean PureWarm?
For a proper daily clean, wash PureWarm with soap and water using the included 3-piece cleaning brush, washing the inside, rim and lid. Wipe the exterior of the bottle with a damp cloth or disinfectant. Ensure that the silicon plug is covering the charging port before washing. Do not submerge the bottle.
While you are out, you can also use heated water up to 158°F to help rinse the bottle between feeds.
This rinse is for convenience while on the go and does not replace proper cleaning with soap and water.
Does the hot-water setting sterilize or sanitize the bottle?
No. PureWarm should not be described as a sterilizer or sanitizer.
The higher-temperature setting is useful for heating water and helping rinse the bottle while you are out, but a proper daily clean with soap and water is still required.
What comes with PureWarm?
PureWarm includes the warmer itself, charging accessories including a wall adapter, and a 3-piece cleaning brush to help with everyday care and cleaning.
